Hello! I'm Kendall Platt, Horticultural Therapist and Founder at Adventures with Flowers

I help women to create a therapeutic garden right outside their back door so that they can let their feelings flow, stop blocking themselves and grow their personal power.

I’m a busy working mum to two little girls myself so I know how hard it is to claim that time for yourself when you have so many other things to do.

BUT

I also know that starting to slow down, and taking that time for you to feel your feelings in your garden is THE single most powerful thing you can do for yourself and those little people who look up to you.

I’ve spent years finding ways to let my feelings flow in a way that feels safe surrounded by Mother Nature in my personal therapeutic garden that works for my hectic life. So I know that you don't need to change your entire lifestyle to transform your life and garden.

I know this because I've helped many clients start create more time and space for themselves in Nature so that they can reconnect with themselves and their power, just by taking small moments of time to work on their garden.

That’s why I now focus on teaching horticultural therapy activities that take between 5 and 20 minutes a day because physically and mentally we are busier than ever, so we need methods that fit into our lives.

Across 5 days (22nd-26th September 2025) we’ll take 20 minutes a day to get you taking those must do steps if you want to use your garden as a therapeutic tool in your wellbeing toolkit.

On Day 1 we’ll be understanding the priority goal for your garden and your wellbeing so it feels doable.

Day 2 is all about setting the intention, blocking out the time so each step actually happens and gets you closer to your goal.

Day 3 will be spent planning where to plant your plants so they thrive and you feel confident you know what you’re doing.

On Day 4 we’ll be making sure you’ve got the essentials down, so any money spent isn’t wasted.

On Day 5 i’ll get you taking action in your garden to build your confidence and get those feelings flowing in community.
