Hello! I'm Kendall Platt, The Mindful Gardening Coach
I help women grow gorgeous gardens in 10 minutes a day as the antidote to burnout.
I am able to help because I’m a busy working mum to two little girls myself so I know how hard it is to claim that time for yourself when you have so many other things to do.
BUT
I also know that starting to slow down, and taking that time for you to get creative in your garden is THE single most powerful thing you can do for yourself and those little people who look up to you.
I’ve spent years finding ways to quickly create headspace and grow my garden at the same time that works for my hectic life so I know that you don't need to change your entire lifestyle to make a difference in your life and garden.
I know this because I've helped many clients start to ease off the accelerator, slow down and reconnect with themselves and their passion, just by taking small moments of time to work on their garden.
That’s why I now focus on teaching mindful gardening activities that take between 5 and 20 minutes a day because physically and mentally we are busier than ever, so we need methods that fit into our lives.
